“Very nice place to stay. Communication was great with check in staff and there were options for key retrieval after hours if needed. Room was spacious and clean. The only thing I would have wanted differently is the air conditioning unit to stay on all night rather than turning off/on after reaching a certain temperature in the room. The turning off/on made sleeping soundly throughout the night difficult at times.”

“This was a STUNNING, updated, spacious, and comfortable condo! The view was UNBELIEVABLY GORGEOUS from living room and master bedroom. Right ON the beach...are you kidding me?!! FABULOUS! Sun rise over the ocean! Upper and lower terraces had comfortable furniture to sit and enjoy the views The master bed and living room couch were super comfy. Bathrooms were very nice and had great water pressure. We did not use the second bedroom but if we would have needed to (i.e. had kids) it may have been……

“It’s was lovely! A very special and beautiful property! Wonderful to be able to walk to dinner and shops. Unfortunately, with only a one-night stay, the late check-in (4p) and early checkout (10a) felt a bit rushed. It would be best enjoyed with more nights, or a slightly later checkout. Still an excellent place.”

“The location was great. It’s on the outskirts of downtown Bar Harbor only a couple of blocks from lots of restaurants and shops. I like that we had a dedicated parking space. You’re also only about 10-15 minutes from the entrance of Acadia. The room was spacious and clean and the host seemed to be accommodating. ”

“We had a fantastic week at the condo. Location is perfect, right near the beach and pier and all the action. The condo was great well maintained and plenty of space for everyone. I've been to OOB at least 20 times and this is the best place we've rented to date. My only feedback was there wasn't warm water on three of the days when we got back from the beach and there is nowhere onsite to grill food. Those are minor, and I would defintely rent here again.”

“We had a very nice stay at Shorelands Guest Resort. We were only in the area for one night, but would have liked to stay longer. We had a small room, not a cottage, and it was perfect for our needs.”
