“We booked this stay with two must-haves in mind: 1) beachfront location and 2) space for five—and this place absolutely delivered and then some. The location was unbeatable, with stunning ocean views and a vibrant atmosphere. We were right above a restaurant and bar that had live music the night we arrived, and the town put on a surprise fireworks show! Watching it all from our balconies made for an unforgettable evening. “We had a wonderful time! Location is perfect! Walking distance to great food and activities! The owners were very attentive! This was my first time at Old Orchard Beach and we were in the best location to experience everything!”

“We had a very nice stay at Shorelands Guest Resort. We were only in the area for one night, but would have liked to stay longer. We had a small room, not a cottage, and it was perfect for our needs.”

“We were pleasantly surprised. Price was much lower than comparable units nearby and pictures on the website showed basic/outdated interiors. Our cottage was updated with granite countertops, new gas stove and fridge, new flooring and fixtures. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great experience and location. Recommended for anyone. Will definitely return. JJ”
