False Advertisement
The property is listed as a house, but it is an apartment because someone lives in the basement. And the apartment is connected to 2 other apartments. The property is listed as events are allowed, but this was fraud. Traveling from Chicago, I was not informed about these details until day of check in, and the owner (Emmanuel) did not list any of this information on Vrbo. It felt like a scam, especially since the police was called and they informed me this is a typical conflict with this property. We were also informed our bbq smoke was disturbing the neighbors, but the neighbors had multiple grills in their backyard. I will not recommend this property at all and it’s much smaller than advertised as well!
