“The kitchen in the room was not well equipped. There was no dish soap or dish clothe which might explain why the dishes, ice trays and flatware were dirty. The carpets throughout need to be cleaned. “The stay was good but the service was great. We stayed three nights. I needed to work a full day from the hotel and from the business center to be very convenient. While in the business center, the gentleman helping with the breakfast came in a couple times and brought me drinks and snacks. “The staff were SUPER friendly. It is not a Hilton nor Marriott, so I'm basing my review already knowing that. It is less expensive but a great stay for the price! The room was clean EXCEPT for the desk chair. There was visible dirt on it. The walkways were mostly shoveled (there was a huge snowstorm two days ago) but the parking lot could have been plowed better. There is not much to the free breakfast but hey, it's included in the price. Did I say the staff were great? I want the shower head at……

One of the housekeepers, even though there was a language barrier, she was extremly helpful and did her absolute best to get what we needed despite us speaking different languages! “This place is perfect for getting to and from Fort Leonard Wood! We enjoyed the time in the family room, just hanging out with our Soldier for family Day. There's not very many seats, so we had quite a few on the floor or brought the chairs from the kitchen for games. Check the cabinets before you buy ingredients for dinner. It's very limited. We used a lot of creativity while cooking dinner. The beds were amazing and the convenience to the base was perfect! ”

“The cabin was warm and inviting. It was located in quiet woodlands. The property was our first stop on our trip across America, a great beginning. The fall decorations were a festive plus. Thank you. ”
