“Extra space in back garage was a nice bonus. We stayed for the easy access to Carlisle fairgrounds. Only took us minutes each day. We only slept and showered at the house, but it was perfect for our needs.”

“Great location! My mom and I absolutely loved the General’s Hideaway for our trip to Gettysburg. We even loved the pool table and played a few games. We brought my Mom’s service dog with us and the hosts made sure to include a bed and supplies for him if needed, which was very sweet of them. We brought food to cook during our stay and finding everything in the kitchen was a breeze! We loved the layout. The beds were extremely comfortable as well.
