“This is a nice clean place. If you are considering it, be sure to read the reviews. It is 3 levels, no bathroom on the first level, which did not matter to use, but it may if you have mobility challenges. First impression on driving up was kind of negative as the exterior could use a little attention. In looking at the photos, you may think this is a newer build, but it is an old duplex. Again, perfectly fine and well done, but the photos on-line give you a little different impression. One note……

“The house was very clean and convenient to WRA and downtown. We would definitely stay there again. ”

“This lovely small home was perfect for attending our son’s graduation from CWRU. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens and lots of high end pillows. Towels were soft and fresh smelling. The sitting and dining areas had comfortable furniture in good shape. The kitchen was a little dated but had everything we needed to make breakfast ( that’s all we cooked). The street was very quiet for sleeping”

“This is all that and then some….. at first from the look of it we were like hummmmm…… 2 minutes later from walking in the spacious house was like ok this is a home feeling!! ”

“We loved the layout & the accessibility to Cleveland Clinic. Parking & on-site laundry also so helpful!”

“We all really enjoyed how calm the neighborhood was and the location. It was close to grocery store, food places, and a dollar general. To get to Cleveland, it was a short 20 min drive, so it was perfect! Having a washer/dryer, cooking utensils, and other amenities was nice! The home has some quirks and needs some repairs, but overall it was a nice and spacious stay!”

“We have rented this house the past 3 years over the July 4th weekend. The owner is friendly and the space is very comfortable. The A/C struggles to cool the upstairs but the rest of the comfort and amenities more than make up for that (and they provide fans to help mitigate the heat).”
