“My teenage son and I came from Tulsa for an FFA show at the fairgrounds. We were at the VRBO for one night mostly to just shower and sleep. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and we had plenty of coffee to get us awake first thing in the morning. One of the bedrooms does not have a door, no biggie for us but just a heads up for someone that might feel it is important. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and my questions were answered almost instantaneously by the owners/management. ……

“This was quaint little retreat felt like you were out in the country, yet it was just minutes away from the city. We loved the quietness and charm of this place. Would definitely stay here again! ”

“Our stay was uneventful, which is good. Nothing horribly wrong, just a few items here and there that need to be addressed. One of the windows did not latch and was open the first few nights we were there. The front door does not shut, or stay shut, unless you have the dead bolt locked. The area is a busy and noisy area, but centrally located to most everything. I would use this company again, but probably would try a different listing.”

“Everything perfect once we found it. We got to the apartment complex by the address shared from the owner but it didnt note it was the buildomg number then the apartment # withing the building. It was dark so that made it harder but figured out in 10 mins or so. Everything from there was great. Highly recommend”

“This is a charming older property in an older neighborhood. However, everything you need for a wonderful stay on a budget is here. AC/heat works perfect. Place is clean. Neighbors are quiet. Linens, blankets and towels provided. Everything in working order. Felt safe in this neighborhood. Also, right across the street is “The Country Girl Kitchen”. Homemade bread and cinnamon rolls to die for. Just look her up on social media. Your welcome! Also honorable mention to Scarlet from OmegaBNB, who……

“I picked this place because my mom likes old buildings. This is a nice, quiet location (except the wind was strong when we were there and you can definitely hear it through the windows but not the fault of anyone!). Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication regarding our check in but thankfully it was a nice day and the issue was resolved before dark. We went on an adventure to give time for the apartment to be cleaned. The instructions for getting the keys is interesting but I promise……
