“The condo was well appointed and clean and easy to access on the first floor (there are stairs to access the building). The parking space is right in front with easy access to Hwy 85, downtown Lead, and Deadwood. ”

“We had a few issues with seating. There were no chairs, few amenities like foil in the kitchen. We had. 3 coffe pods for four people for 3 days. 2 soap pods for the dish washer and we had to turn the water on to one of the toilets. The worst part was the walkway from parking lot to sliding glass doors. One of our guests fell. It's hazardess with uneven steps.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was well decorated and really close to Terry Peak. We were impressed by the cleanliness and furnished with everything we needed!”

“worried when we found out this was actually a cul de sac with many other properties. But it was surprising quiet. We enjoyed the view and the little lake/pond. Had a great time.”

“This condo was very nice and clean. It is located in the middle of dinning or shopping. Very easy to find . I would highly recommend this condo and i would definitely stay here again. We came here for a snowmobile trip and loved it. There were 6 of us and we were all very comfortable here. I would highly recommend the shot in the dark saloon to eat at right down the street. ”

“Our stay in Lead was perfect. This condo was clean and in an excellent location for activities in Deadwood, Spearfish, and Devils Tower. The condo was in walking distance of a great brewery and restaurant in Lead. We will definitely be back!”

There was no dish clothes or kitchen towels. The only spices that were available were cinnamon and salt. This seems minor but it was an inconvenience.
