“Was a perfect meet up place for us, it’s a centralized commute for lots of activities, sightseeing and eating places. The home had a warm, cozy and very comfortable feel for us. Our home was supplied with all the amenities we needed to have a carefree stay.”

“Nancy and Gregory are great hosts. They care about your experience and communicate wonderfully. The Hobbit House is a perfect launch pad from which to explore Gabriola. It's warm and comfy, with all the essential amenities. We stayed here last year, and had a great experience. This time was, if anything, better. Warm thanks, Nancy and Gregory!”

“Everything in this suite was new, high quality, and extremely clean. We could tell Angelo and his wife have a great understanding of what visitors enjoy; bedding, towels, furnishings, and appliances, all new and sparkling clean; not a thing forgotten here. It was like living in that apartment you really couldn’t afford yet the price was so affordable. The location perfect, quiet safe neighbourhood situated with ease to the #1 for daily travels. “The town house was just like it shows in pictures. Very comfortable, well maintained and clean. The property was nice but there was no access to the beach. When asked at the office we were told they were working on it and we could use the resort next door to access the beach. It turns out the resort next door does not support this but was kind enough to allow us to use it during our stay. This did not reflect poorly on the accommodations, they were fantastic! ”

“The property is wonderful. Manager was awesome. Only issue was pump on pool broke day of arrival, but we were able to use nearby resort pool at no extra cost. Definitely staying here again. Thank you for such a nice visit. ”

The owner is polite and easy to communicate with.We stayed when there was a rather large snowfall and we were very cozy!The views off the rooftop are spectacular! It is a quiet area and not too far of a drive to Nanaimo or Parksville. There's even transit in the area.Meals can easily made at the unit. Private entrance. Makes you feel like it's your own little apartment, right on the water!I hope I get to stay again. ;)”

“Very nice basement suite in a beautiful neighborhood, perfect for ocean view walks. Our hosts were extremely responsive and hospitable, and left us all of the basic necessities like coffee and fresh cream, soaps and detergents. The suite is a good size and beds were extremely comfortable. There was zero comparison in terms of the value of what we paid for this amazing stay. My one caution is if you are not used to children’s noises (playing, crying) and are very sensitive to noise, since the……
