“This is the second time I've stayed here. As before, the unit was really clean and beautifully appointed with every mod/con you would want . The whole environment is very chill! This time there were no robes in the unit to wear to the hot tub. I had to hunt them down in the pool house. Irritating, but not the end of the world and the gentleman at the front desk was kind and helpful. I didn't realize when I booked what percentage of the total was for the cleaning fee. “Our stay was comfortable! Enjoyed the separation of upstairs and downstairs bedrooms and baths. Our only suggestion would be to have a few more pantry staples for cooking such as cooking oil and coffee creamers and spices. Dining bar is tight and maybe another barstool or two. Same for living area, another chair would have been nice for 2 couples having conversation. Host was very good at responding quickly. Much appreciated!!”

“Unit is modern and new. Lovely decor. Big bedrooms both with ensuites and the master had a water view. I really appreciate the unit being pet friendly. The sofabed did not have decent bedding. A fitted sheet and a thin blanket. No pillows. That could be improved when the unit sleeps six. The owner didn’t respond to a phone call or texts and I would suggest he pay more attention to detail. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. ”

“We needed a place to stay in the gap between my son moving out of VIU residence and into an apartment. This was a great home base to visit many of Nanaimo's wonderful parks, beach areas and restaurants. Neck Point Park is within a nice walking distance.
