“My sister & I stayed 5 nights at Rainbow House in June. The house is open & spacious. We loved all the windows that let natural light come in & views of the outdoors. Quiet neighborhood & great location to nearby parks, grocery store & eateries.Easy drive to Parksville & Qualicum Beach. Highly recommend visiting Little Qualicum Falls & Englishman River Falls. Aiden, the host, was easy to get in touch with & very accommodating.”

“Property exactly as described. Very well equipped, very clean, fabulous outside deck when the weather is good. Very quiet location. Steps/ walkway down to rocky beach, lovely little bay below. Had a great stay would definately go back Owner very responsive to our one inquiry.”

“This place was simply perfect for our family of 6. It was 12 minutes from the ferry in Nanaimo, it had a BBQ, a backyard for the kids to play in, it was near a ton of great parks, and the views were spectacular. The only complaint I really have it sometimes you could hear the owners above, they had a small child and you could hear the stomping and crying. Property owner was incredibly nice but only one of them spoke English! Otherwise it was truly an incredible experience and I would come back……

“Our daughter stayed here for a placement for school. Susan took extra care of her and her needs. Susan and Paul allowed us to visit and stay in the suite. Susan went above and beyond to ensure comfort and cleanliness and was so attentive to our needs. I would recommend this home and host to anyone needing to stay in Nanaimo - long term or short term. Susan and Paul are fabulous hosts. Loved being able to park on the driveway and because my daughter was there for 5 weeks they bought a mini……
