"Convenient location for event happening nearby (Newcastle Hockey). Quiet at night for the most part. Comfortable beds - good sleep! Stayed 2 weeks in reasonable comfort. Room service food options are limited - everything is walking distance so do that instead."

Unpleasant experience at Chappel heights
"It’s a good property. We booked and paid for a 4BR apartment with 3 toilets They gave us only a 3 BR apartment with only 2 toilets . As a result the 3 rd family had to move out to a house of one of our friends . Though we messaged the issue , no response from owners . It was shocking"
