“Television: The channel with the TV guide only displayed the channel numbers and names, nothing about the shows that were scheduled. That was very frustrating, and we wasted time looking for programs that interested us. The first day we scanned the channels and most of the programs showed violence and other things that we would not watch. Why don't you offer any PBS channels?
