"Stayed at the George Hotel for 1 night. Had a twin room which was on the first floor. Room was clean and tidy with an en suite bathroom. Located in the market town of Newent within walking distance to pubs, restaurants and shops. Parking available to rear of hotel."

Extreme poor communication

"No email/text or phone call to communicate the stay was cancelled. Messages on the app that i didnt know i needed.Travelled almost 2 hours in poor weather conditions with a toddler, to phone the place and the ‘office be closed’. Phoned help line which is in india who just kept telling me to wait ..."
