“As this represents our second stay at the Honeymoon Cottage we are already talking another trip to Winhall. Needless to say we enjoy the rustic appeal and location, with close proximity to the AT and Vermont’s Long Trail; close enough to Manchester for dinner; or tours of the Orvis fly rod factory, American Fly Fishing Museum or Hildene”

“I was a solo traveler because my companion had to change plans, so I had the benefit of complete piece of mind at this place, and more room than I needed. It really is a beautiful place with a nice view. Very quiet and peaceful, it was a nice location to get away from the city. Only 4 minutes from Rock River, so that was a nice bonus. I'm looking forward to returning here in the future for sure ”

“I absolutely loved my stay at the Red Cottage and it is my favorite place that I've stayed while visiting Wilmington. Peaceful, plenty roomy, less than 10 minutes to town and even closer to the lake. I have Celiac so have to bring items like a toaster to avoid cross-contamination but the kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The team was super responsive even before my stay. Highly recommend and look forward to my next visit! ”
