“The place was fine but the ac unit was not working . The high tempatures and humidity it was 85 inside the majority of time . I rented this place to work and relax and I spent my time waiting for hvac appointments etc and being hot, not able to sleep becuase of the heat. If the air conditioning was working it would’ve been really nice .”

“The perfect house! Scheduled a family get together for my 2 son’s family …11 of us. 6 children between ages 3-13 and 5 adults. First of all the communication with Jason was incredible. Prompt response for every message! The house was immaculate and above and beyond the description. So well appointed and arranged. 2 bunk rooms for the children and 3 bedrooms and baths for adults. Kitchen was so well equipped. Living area and fireplace was so cozy Deck was awesome. Skylights made it so bright……

“This was such a great place to stay! It had everything we needed and more. There were 3 couples and my mother-in-law staying here. We each had our own room and private bathroom with shower. Lots of games, including a pool table. A brand new hot tub... so nice! Plenty of towels and supplies. Apparently we hit mud season, which we didn't know was a thing, but when it rained, we all relaxed in the big family room with lots of comfy couches, pillows, and blankets. “Our stay at the Timber Riverhouse was amazing! Vacations for us are all about the outdoors and this home did not disappoint. The house was beautiful with lots of wonderful features like the solid beams, spiral staircase, comfy beds, fantastic deck, and even a hot tub!
