“We had a great stay. The house is perfect for a small family the fenced in yard is great for those with dogs. The house was clean when we got there and we had no issues. We didn’t use the backyard much as it was cold and snowing. Communication was great with the owner and he even came by to salt and shovel the stairs and sidewalk that are used to get to the hose. 5/5 will come back again”

“I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RATE THIS PLACE BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS FRAUDULENT!!! There is an entire family living in this home!! I was scammed out of my money & VRBO did not accommodate me for their mess up on a 900 mile trip. “Everyone loved our stay. The hot tub was even better than expected with the unexpected freezing temp and snow in April. House was clean and lake views were awesome. “The house was so beautiful and extremely clean, and well cared for. The property is very nice ,we enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub too. We have stayed at a few houses in the past but this was by far the very BEST. “Check in was super easy. The host messaged me the code for the door lock on our day of check in and no issues. The room is above a steakhouse in an older, Victorian style home. “We had a wonderful stay at the Appalachian Resort hosted by Milagros & Sergio. They were incredibly friendly and gave us clear and helpful explanations from the start. The room was very clean, and it was great having the water park within walking distance. They also offered flexible early check-in depending on the situation, which we really appreciated. "We came down to check out at 10:30 in the morning. I paid a cash deposit. They can't check out until they check the room. The front desk told me 5 minutes but made me wait for almost half an hour. Halfway through, I asked her how long it would take because I had to go to a meeting urgently. She gave me a very nonchalant attitude. It was already 11:10 when I got the deposit. What made me very unhappy was that I was the only one who wanted to check out. Do you want me to wait for half an hour in the morning?"
