“Needs a new toaster”

“I think this is my fourth stay and we’re already thinking about returning in the fall. Love the cottage and Jake and Melinda couldn’t be better hosts. ”

“The house was adorable and perfect for our relaxed little family of four and fur kids. We are easy going and really don’t need too much. With that said it was a rainy weekend and the walk from our vehicle to the house was extremely wet, socks, shoes, bottom of pants soaked. A nice little stepping stone walkway would be awesome. But unlike the rest of my family I packed rain boots and didn’t have an issue. The area was serene the hike to the beach definitely a crows mile, we didn’t ever end up……

“Loved location saw deer grazing. Quaint. Suggest lubricating the windows and sliding glass door they are hard to open and close so we couldn’t get any air circulation.”

“The cabin was amazing, cozy and private. My only suggestions would be to provide bug spray or citronella candles. Bugs weren't crazy but those tiny mosquitoes were such an annoyance. As long as we kept moving, which we did, we weren't bothered. The properties little trails were fun, lots of surprises and areas we could sit and meditate for short periods. We wanted to take all our trash out however, traveling from Idaho we didn't plan on bringing any trash bags and we had to empty one of our……

“Cozy and neat little cabin in the redwoods. End of the road privacy with pretty grounds. Dog friendly!”

“Overall a great stay. Small kitchen, but that wasn't a concern for us. We used and enjoyed the hot tub. For some parties it may be an issue that you have to talk through one bedroom to get to the other.”
