“We came up to celebrate our Mother’s 60th birthday, four couples, four kids and a baby. We were all super comfortable. The house was very clean, well equipped, great location, easy beach access and all around charming. Amazing for everyone to basically have their own bathroom and also the bar/game room in the barn was so fun and just a really cool special space. Good times, good vibes and pretty groovy :)The host is also super chill, responsive and very nice. We would definitely come again and……

“We chose this property for aLast minute weekend stay in the Mendocino / Fort Bragg area. We wanted a private location that accepted our dog and four adults. It turned out to be a wonderful choice.Very Clean, well appointed with charm and comfort. A short walk to a beautiful beach via a private pathway…we loved the fire pit and spent the evening huddle around the warm fire…enjoying ourselves with good conversation, bourbon, wine and cigars. Loved the experience and will definitely stay here on……

“We spent a lovely Thanksgiving holiday (a little early) at this property and mainly booked it for the windows and view. The property is more like an updated cabin than the photos show, but the home was spacious and comfortable for our group of seven. The upstairs has very little insulation so sound carries very, very easily (be forewarned if you have a person who snores in your group). We cooked a full Thanksgiving meal complete with desserts in the kitchen with relative ease. The huge……

“Very clean and cozy. Everything was new, stylish, and of good quality. Kitchen well stocked with appliances, plates, cooking equipment, tho you'll need to bring basic supplies including sugar. Location is in a nice quiet neighborhood close to downtown and dining activities. You can trust the pictures and descriptions to be accurate. Check in a breeze and working with Phung is very easy as she is always available. Will most surely stay here if/when we return.”
