“Cute place. I had no idea I would have to climb up so many stairs to get there. I probably would have kept looking for a ground floor place to rent. But I managed one step at a time. The kitchen faucet is not attached so water sprays and the faucet pops off when you turn the water on! Lamp by the couch is very hard to plug in so I didn’t. Other than that I enjoyed my stay very much ”

“Wow. This property is truly special. The location is STEPS to the best stretch of shops and beach access in downtown Nye Beach. The upstairs is bright and open with vaulted ceilings. Everything was stocked and in excellent condition. The beds were extremely comfortable. We stayed here on a family girls getaway and couldn’t stop gushing about how perfect this place is! We will definitely be returning! The host communication is excellent and made finding the place and parking an absolute breeze.……

“Great location and cute place. My only complaint is the dishes were super dirty and there’s barely enough cooking items to cook a meal. There’s not even a pot large enough to boil spaghetti noodles. But over all it’s a great spot. ”

“The bad: Not suitable for 8 people. With 2 king beds and only 1 fold out couch it was impossible for everyone to sleep comfortably. Fans were broke. One was missing a blade and the other was so badly cracked my child could touch the blades. The room is not baby/toddler proof at all. Cords hanging out of walls, bathroom door doesn't lock, and an unsecured staircase. (I would have brought a baby gate had I known there were stairs)The furniture, walls and devet covers were covered in stains and god……

“Clean, great location, great condo. ”

“Parking was a little tight, but totally worth it! The place is super cute and inviting, and the view is immaculate! Perfect place to get your toes in the sand. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Exceptionally Clean. The location, view was spectacular just steps away from the beach. Has everything tou need to cook with. The shower heads could use a update, and the fireplace didn't work which was a bummer because it was chilly. Overall very nice place to stay. Would definitely go back!”

“Furniture was not cleaned it looks too old”

“The location was just wonderful, right on the beach with easy access. Easy to walk places, very dog friendly. Would like to have had a gate on the deck where the stairs are to secure the deck better. The purple chairs really need to be replaced or totally taken out. The springs in the cushions are totally popping up. Plus would give more room in living area without them. Other than that, the place was simply amazing. Thank you. ”

“The condo is very clean!! And it was very quiet, even though my sister-in-law had read something about the walls being thin!! The kitchen has a lot of utensils in the drawers-it might be nice to have 1 less drawer of utensils and maybe 1 with some aluminum foil, plastic wrap and such. The location is very close to all of the activities we wanted to do!! Would definitely recommend it!!”

“The place was nice and clean. We could see the ocean from the room. The amenities aren’t the best. The hot tub jets have no pressure and it was dirty but the beach access was great. They have faucets set up around the complex to rinse the sand off. ”
