“The unit seemed to have just been painted and new furnishings. We had only 2 things that weren’t perfect. The walls are paper thin. We were listening to the neighbors tv. And there was still masking and plastic hanging from the skylight. Perfect location and view. ”

“Recently remodeled large room with skylight, higher than usual ceiling, nice sofa and table with 4 chairs, 2 queens, a lovely view. Very clean, uncluttered, nice art. Next door to our favorite eatery in Yachats, walk everywhere in this darling coast village, trails, beach, coffee shops, galleries, grocery store. This little place is in a row of four units, elevated above a tiny park with greenery next to Hwy 101. Traffic slows down going through townand was not really noticeable to us after……

“We loved our stay here. The property manager Johnee was quick to respond with anything we asked! Super clean, close walk to everything! Free charge for our Tesla. We will definitely stay here again! 5 ”

“The VRBO was in a good location for visiting the coast. We enjoyed meeting some of the Toledo residents at the nearby Timbers restaurant and lounge. Warning to anyone who is taller than 6 feet. The bathroom is small. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to make any meals we wanted to eat in. ”

“very clean, warm. The bed was a little too soft but the sheets were soft and clean. The dispenser by the bathroom sink had lotion, hand soap would have been more practical . Overall a very good stay ”

“The view was everything I hoped it would be and more. There was semi-easy access to the beach- just had to climb a few hills back. The room was quiet and comfortable for the two of us. ”
