“Celebrating our 23rd anniversary! We come to the coast every year. By far, the best house we have ever stayed at. Perfect location, beautiful views, clean, private, wonderful amenities, well-stocked! Derek goes above and beyond in communication and his attention to little details is something we’ve never seen. Stocked wood for the firepit, assortment of toiletries in case you forget, and no clean-up duties. We were so impressed. Wonderfully comfy bed! Cannot say enough about this house. We will……

“Rooms are small, but well equipped, clean, dog friendly, and very cute! Check in was a breeze and there was parking. Short walk to the water and many places within a short walk to whale watch and enjoy the beautiful sunsets:)”

“parking was tight but we didn't leave the place till we left. not a far walk to the smoking site by the soda machine. just a jaunt on my walker to town. was quiet except for the king tides out in the bay.”

“Places on the ocean have a hard time keeping up with the odd ball maintenance and this place is no exception. Handrails are rough, and the door has big gaps around the frame. That being said, the balcony looks right over the water and that was all i really wanted. ”

“Overall a comfortable stay while we stopped in overnight. Nice neighborhood that is very close to the beach. There is another rental upstairs, but it was unoccupied when we were there so I can't really say if having someone upstairs was annoying or not.”
