“Newport is so special and The Landing is a great spot to stay. The best part is the balcony, view, quiet bedroom and having kitchen to make simple breakfast or lunch. Abundant dinner option and fish lovers paradise!”

“We loved the house and its location, the yard and views are beautiful. All the wood work inside made it unique from other houses we have stayed at. The house had most everything we need and plenty of room for our large family to gather. Some of the bedrooms and the kitchen were pretty small, but doable for our large group. (13 people)The only downfall was that there is no beach access, but it is in walking distance. Our family would stay there again”

“You walk into an amazing view of the beach and the waves rolling in, just spectacular! The kitchen is nicely equipped and cooking in it was fun, just know that the smoke detector is sensitive and steam from the oven will set it off. We made sure to open the exterior doors when opening and closing the ovens. If you don't do much cooking, it's not a concern. It is so difficult to find a home with 6 bedrooms at a decent price, this is the one! We will definitely return next year!”

“We had a lovely stay. There are tide pools and great agate/sea glass hunting right in front of the home. There are a lot of stairs to the beach (106 to be exact) so this home is not a good fit for people with accessibility needs but there is easy public beach access down the road (1-2 min drive). The views from the house are awesome, there are a ton of ocean facing windows and the deck has is huge with stellar vies. The management company was super responsive when we had an issue with the hot……

“This property is only a couple of blocks to the beach. Easy beach access. There is also a fenced back yard for dogs. I brought 2 little dogs. I didn't leave them outside while away but also brought a kennel for them to stay in when I went away for a few hours and to sleep in. Very comfortable house and VERY responsive host!!”

“Rustic cozy cottage - million dollar view with nicely private hot tub. Note - no oven or dishwasher. Has mini-fridge with freezer compartment, stove top, microwave, and keurig. No beach access - but amazing elevated bluff view from inside the house and outside on the deck. Comfy bed. Quiet! Loved it. ”

“It was a wonderful condo. We were able to hear the ocean and it had a very homely feeling. The accommodations were beyond our expectations. Only thing I would suggest would be an iron and ironing board for those whom would to iron their clothes. ”

“Cozy, clean, and comfy.We did not find a fire pit or grill, however.”

“The owner/manager has supplied the place with everything you may need to have a great visit. The bed was comfortable, as was the seating in the living room If you like to play pin ball or pac man, it’s upstairs Great grassy backyard for our dog to run. It was great being able to park our car in the garage with an entrance into the house. We used Georgie’s for take out, very easy and the food was great. I highly recommend the Aframe for a great getaway”

“Loved this spot! In a great location, very quiet neighborhood. We had our dogs with us and there is a green space nearby, you can walk to the beach but LOTS of stairs! We enjoyed the house, it was big enough for our group. I liked the “mud room” style entrance for keeping all the dogs & sand contained when entering the house. Being able to cook meals in the kitchen, play games at the table, be cozy by the fireplace, and enjoying the hot tub all made for an amazing birthday beach weekend! Will……
