“Had a wonderful week — house comfortable and super accommodating for our family of six. Location can’t be beat — close to our favorite RI beaches, two birding sanctuaries, Sweet Berry Farm, easy access to Newport. Communication with Zack was excellent. Definitely recommend! ”

“We had just finished a very hectic 6 weeks and were looking to relax. This cottage was an excellent choice. It is perfectly situated as we were able to park on the property and walk everywhere. Nearby are the sailing museum, tennis museum and an automotive museum. We walked by the water and saw beautiful boats unlike what we see in California. There are cute shops, the church where JFK was married, and lots of food choices. We opted to eat at the cottage most meals and found all that we needed……

“The hosts were the most responsive and kind I've dealt with on any of my VRBO stays. Katie and Brian were the best! Location is quiet but isn't very walkable due to lack of sidewalks (adults are fine). The house is quite old and outdated; a few easy improvements would improve guests' comfort (e.g., slip cover the upholstered furniture, blinds in all bedrooms, replace squeaky bed in back BR, etc ). Kitchen and bathrooms were super clean. Back yard was a gorgeous place to have morning coffee or……

“We were very happy with the location and accessibility to Newport. The place was surprisingly spacious with a good kitchen, fridge/freezer and counter space. The bathroom and shower were also very good (the shower being much needed after days on the water!). I'd also like to compliment Sherri for being very quick to address an issue that was unexpected on our first night there. A responsive host makes a big diffference and she was excellent!”

“One could not ask for more than a cozy cottage, a friendly and helpful owner, in a lovely part of the world. We listened to birds sing, watched the sun rise at a nearly by nature preserve, turned the beautiful, nearby church yard of the historic St. Columba chapel, and drove to the nearby, sandy Middletown beaches. It's a beautiful area, if you enjoy nature and nearby good markets and restaurants you cannot go wrong to stay in this comfortable and well stocked cottage set in a beatufil yard with……

“My mom, sister and I stayed at the cottage for a short weekend and the stay was perfect!! The house was immaculate and Beth was an incredible host! She was there to greet us and help us with anything we needed. What a perfect location for the beach and a short ride to downtown! Would 1000% recommend and stay again!!!!”
