“We enjoyed the house and really appreciated the responsiveness of the host. While the location is between a small road and train tracks, it wasn’t overly distracting or loud. The access to the water was unobstructed and relaxing. The master bed was probably the most comfortable that I’ve ever slept in away from home, with quality bedding and mattress. The property was also great for our dog, with a contained back yard and front porch. Definitely recommend! ”

“We had a wonderful stay. A quick 3 night stay after picking up our daughter at Virginia Tech. It was the perfect size for my family of 5. Even though the lake water was cold, it didn’t stop us from having our cold plunge or getting the kayak out. The hot tub easily took the chill away. The house had a wonderful view of the lake. It was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. We would highly recommend staying here. ”

“Well my daughter and I went on a little West Virginia mountain adventure to do some mountain photography and enjoy the color change and boy did we have an excellent stay!!! The property was just perfect for us, the color changes on the leaves were gorgeous the fire pit was great we did lots of cooking in the very well appointed kitchen and enjoyed being away from it all! Amy was an incredible host and went out of her way to make our stay so enjoyable. She was so easy to communicate with and……
