“The Inn employees were extremely hospitable and friendly 😊 The room was lovely, and fairly quiet, even though it was the only room located on the first floor. Parking is convenient, and a short walk from the front door there is a fire pit with a sitting area on the property. We did hear some of the other guests arrive back to the Inn later at night. And with the stairs to the 2nd floor being right next to our room, the Victorian, we did hear guests bump their luggage up and down the stairs.……

“absolutely LOVED this place, and now that we've seen how difficult it is to find parking in newport, we're thankful we picked a place with parking! innkeeper tonie is an absolute gem, super approachable and helpful, provided great local info and recommendations. the room was perfect and very comfortable, and my favorite perk was having coffee available in the lobby 24/7 via a keurig with pods and a mini fridge for creamer. for me, this is a huge plus. we only stayed one night, and breakfast……

“This property was spotlessly clean! The parking was easy and the area safe with walkable restaurants. It’s very close to first beach and the cliff walk. The coffee, fresh fruit and grab able breakfast options were perfect for us as well. The owner was super friendly with a very easy check in. I hope to stay again next time we are in Newport! ”

“This is a charming boutique hotel on a quiet street, surrounded by colonial homes. It is just blocks away from the Wharfs and restaurants. The rooms are loft style and spacious. Really a great location from walking to historic sites to shopping. It is a 10 minute drive to the famous Mansion area.”
