“The house was clean and looked to have many fixtures and such recently updated. My son did notice that the shower in the hall bathroom leaked water from one corner when used. The kitchen was reasonably stocked but if you plan on cooking, I would advise to bring your own pans, foil, etc. There were plenty of plates and silverware. There is no dishwasher, which was not an issue for us, but we did have to buy some dish soap. Only 2 dish towels were provided as well. I would also recommend bringing……

“Everything about this house is awesome. Bedrooms and main area are spacious and comfy. Modern kitchen and bathrooms. Neighborhood is very quiet. Plenty of room for parking cars and boat trailer. The covered pier was so convenient. Nicest, most attentive host we’ve had yet. Sitting on the back covered porch and seeing nothing but lake and trees was so relaxing. All in all is a great place to stay when visiting Toledo Bend.”

A lot of complimentary things to make the stay more enjoyable, like hot cocoa, coffee, the canoe by the lake and the pancake mix in the fridge!! We highly recommended staying here. the beds were extremely cozy and the rooms were spacious”
