Drove up from Charlotte and had some issues with check in and VRBO not giving us the right code. Had to contact the owner who was extremely responsive and solved our issue immediately. The place coupd also do with some deep cleaning. Mold in the bathroom shower and really low water pressure and clogged drains. No soap anywhere so be aware of that for hands and dishes. “I wish I could give zero stars because i stayed ZERO nights, but sadly, to warn you all, they get one star. First. I arrived at the property and entered the code I was provided for the keyless entry, but the keypad DIDN'T WORK. And no, it was not user error, the keypad was making no sound, not lighting up, nothing. I don't know if it was broken or needed batteries, but it did not work. Thus, I could not get in. “Not sure where to start. I’ll say that the property was clean and checkin was smooth. The apartment itself was okay. It was missing some kitchen accessories, like a toaster, but overall it was okay. The range didn’t work well and the washer and dryer required payment (and the dryer must have a broken heating element because it didn’t dry).
