“This was my second time reserving this hotel with hotels.com. The stay was horrible. First the reservation was not found. Secondly, I got a breakfast buffet rate, but the hotel refused to offer breakfast. The toilet did not flush. The room was horrible. The staff wasn't very helpful. Please remove this hotel from your listings”

propre, luxueux, calme, et le personnel très professionnel, accueillant et à l'écoute. Ils m'ont offert de me récupérer à mon arrivée à l'aéroport et m'ont également raccompagnée au retour. Pour mes séjours dans la ville de Douala désormais c'est le Clos d'or 👌👍”
“Établissement bien situé pour tout déplacement. Vue extérieur pas très beau à voir. Établissement dont le ménage est fait tous les jours mais trop de cafards, peut-être dû à la saleté de douala. Pas de service voiture entre la résidence et l aéroport ni de taxi surtout quand vous avez un vol à 6h du matin, utiliser l application YANGO pour vos déplacements entre 23h et 7h du matin .”

“The hotel is nice. One of the best hotels in Douala. Nice area, nice room, nice restaurant and nice cleaning quality. But front desk attitude seems need to be improved, feeling bad when checkin and also checkout, especially a person named Cyril, bad attitude and even not willing to give me the change after I pay the minibar fee. He said there is no change and not even try to fix it, seems like to force me to take the change as his tips. After all, this is a nice hotel. ”
