“I booked this unit for 2 nights, and from the start, it was difficult to find. Upon arrival, I discovered a pool of water on the floor in one bathroom, while the ceiling in the second bathroom had peeling paint. There was no running water in the faucets or the kitchen, and the Wi-Fi only worked in the living room, not in the bedrooms. Additionally, one of the fans was not functional. “Caroline was the perfect host. Easily available and excellent communicator. The location is perfecr tmfor family stay and especially long stays. The amenities and access to shopping area was added value. I highly. It is not too far off the mombasa highway yet tucked neatly away in a quiet neighborhood. Security was also very vigilant about guest announcements and kids trying to ride bikes out of the safe compound.”

“El departamento es muy bonito, bien mantenido, limpio, amplio, cómodo y con una hermosa vista. La propietaria fue muy amable y nos ayudó a resolver nuestra salida al aeropuerto en la madrugada. En nuestro caso no teníamos un chip de Kenya para solicitar un taxi y ese sí es un verdadero problema. El departamento está ubicado a unos 20 minutos del aeropuerto. Para quienes viajan en auto propio no tendrán ningún problema.”

“The discount via Expedia and the entire payment was not accepted (not working, bla). I had to pay again. The rooms were not ready and the check-in delayed. The staff was slow and not helpful. It’s very clean everywhere and the gardens are well manicured The restaurant is very set up with comfortable seats and the food is wonderful.The menu comes with a variety of food choices and very tasty. I have been to many of the hotels around this neighborhood but this one is exceptional.Definitely the best and I enjoyed my stay here”
