“The discount via Expedia and the entire payment was not accepted (not working, bla). I had to pay again. The rooms were not ready and the check-in delayed. The staff was slow and not helpful. It is NOT worth the money. We could not even leave the premises, as the guard was not willing to open the gate. They suspected us to have not payed! Stay away and go somewhere else.”

“Exceptional customer service, very slick shuttle service from the airport. Everything was wonderful except the only complaint is waiting over an hour for our evening meal. I understand that the staff need to eat too ( all the staff disappeared for at least 20 minutes) but as we were the only ones ordering food in the restaurant we would have appreciated being kept informed that there was going to be a delay especially as we had an early flight the next day. ”

“Hotel accommodations were very clean and comfortable. There were a lot of little things added that made our stay extra enjoyable. The one thing I will say was that the location was not as close to the airport as I had anticipated and was on the road to Mombasa away from city Central.”

“Beautiful house full of African historiy, the best is the staff, really nice people that helped us and treat us as home. Hillary and Mutiaza are amazing! The view from the house is Nairobi national park, very nice. The food was excellent, home made and delicious. We will come back!”

“It’s a great unique open space with interesting landscape (both natural and curated). They were doing quite a bit of landscape work while we were there which created some noise and a lot of staff moving about during the day, but it was very quiet and peaceful at night.”
