“My wife and I, my in-laws and our two dogs stayed here. The property is wonderful and in a very beautiful setting. I honestly don’t think the pictures do it justice. A perfect place to take everything you need for a few days and not leave the property. I would highly recommend sitting on the deck to watch the sunset. ”

“Perfect cabin close to a bunch of New Yorks state parks, very clean with a nice large kitchen tons of room for my my eife and I and our 3 kids, the single beds are all in an open loft which just meant we had to keep it quiet once the kids went to bed. Our only complaint were the king and queen beds squeak a lot, like just rolling around in your sleep they are noisy. So if we stayed more then 2 nights I could see that being an issue but otherwise we’d live to go back for another weekend and do……

“This property is new and clean. We were happy with the flexibility of the host and the comfort of the home. The only downside, as others have mentioned, was the nasty sulfur smell of the water. It also has a slimy feel. If you can get past that, the place is perfect! Rich is responsive to questions and was flexible with our needs as we were bringing a baby for the holiday weekend. . ”

“Had to search for the key to get in. No prior indication of where to find it. Was greeted by a dirty mop bucket with water, right inside the door. Found several various items tucked in couch..: dog toys, bottle of soda, electric hair trimmer. Bathroom was filthly, did have new towels. Painters tape still on wall in shower, odd signs hanging on doors. Driveway was covered in ice, no rocksalt. Property completely dated. Light bulb above stove exploded sending glass everywhere. No cleaning……

“The property was very clean and well appointed. Plenty of towels, washcloths, etc. I have stayed at two different apartments in this building and they were both wonderful experiences. I highly recommend. ”

“The location is amazing and as described. However, upon arrival hours past check-in the host didn't know I was coming and had yet to provide check-in info. Luca, the host, said she needed 15 minutes to ready things in addition to the "uh, who are you?" greeting. During my stay there were multiple impolite interactions. My favorite was that I needed to drive to town to get dry firewood to run the only source of heat, the wood stove.”
