“Everything was excellent apart from 2 things. The room could have been a bit more plush or nice in decoration and secondly, the bar staff could have been a little bit more nicer to me even if they have to pretend considering the receptionist were very nice.”

“Check in時的迎賓飲料是好喝的莓果汁，櫃檯接待人員皆會流利英文，ground floor有舒適的用餐區域、現代風的工作區和閒聊的沙發區（也有桌遊、西洋棋和積木），使用房卡可以享受健身房。 早餐的麥片和優格有許多選擇、能選擇熱茶但沒有熱湯，櫃檯旁則24小時提供點餐服務。房間裡沒有衣櫃、掛鉤稍嫌不足。交通部分可以使用11號輕軌到市中心，途中會看到歐元或到觀光區、萊茵河換車也方便。基本上是性價比蠻高的商務旅館。”

“房務人員有偷竊行為，明確表明不需要整理服務，卻還是擅自進入了我的房間，並且之後發現有東西遺失。 跟飯店表示後，試著幫我找回來，但房務人員只給回了部分物品。”

“酒店很舒适，有免费咖啡機，免费瓶装水提供。唯一不好的是洗澡房全玻璃沒有簾子，雖然已是老夫妻，但也會有點尷尬哦。”

“Stayed 1 night at the hotel, overall impression was positive. Location was great, just ~10mins walk from Hauptbahnhof, or 2 stations if taking the overground train. Skyline Plaza is just 2 mins walk, you can basically get whatever you want from there. Room was decent size with good view of the city. Room was comfortable and clean, the bed and pillows were especially comfortable. 1 drawback was that, while sitting at the lobby lounge waiting to check in, a mid-size mouse sprinted pass on the……
