“It wasn’t a good one at all. Took forever to check in. We were at the reception looking almost stranded for 4 hours. The bathroom had a bad smell, it was terrible. The food was okay but you won’t be allowed to serve yourself, even though it was supposed to be a buffet.”

“This hotel is not really managed in any meaningful sense. Wifi went down for three days, which meant going off to another hotel to work. They gave me a carton of orange juice by way of apology! The lady at reception also didn't know that only one of the POS machines works for international cards so lots of time wasted try to make a payment. I checked out and moved to Nordic hotel -- more expensive but at least stuff works and you can get things done. I should say that staff at the View are……

“The property was not in the best condition. The door knobs inside the penthouse were falling off. There was also leaks from the roof, and under the kitchen sink. Once pointed out the property was quick to send someone to investigate. I am sure these items will be fixed by the next time. The apartment was very spacious and clean.
