“The hotel is exactly what I imagined a perfect stay would be like in Japan. It has EVERYTHING I expected. The traditional style, the view, the food, the vibe.. The staff are very welcoming and responsive and helpful. I bought the half board. The breakfast and dinner are wonderful. The location is also great, very close to the sites and nice cafes and restaurants. Strongly recommended! Would definitely stay longer for a week next time in Nikko. ”

“地點離主要景點稍遠，需走一段路，約15分鐘到東照宮表參道，但附近的環境清悠；憾滿之淵的入口就在咫尺幾步路，是極大優點，這裡天天有人來拜訪、可見熱門！ 主人熱忱、有湯可泡；以上兩點可彌補前項不足；此外價格吸引，也是很好的事。 清潔！”

“服務一流。早，晚餐buffet無得輸，仲有下午茶大型snacks bar，仲有軟雪糕提供，好有驚喜！ 房間空間大，亦都好乾淨。 有free parking,適合自駕人士，但要留匙俾酒店。”

“I can’t imagine no dinner arrangement in the hotel. I had go to the hotel personally 20am in the morning to request for dinner. But they can’t do anything on it.”

Some of the communication was difficult but the staff tried really hard and we enjoyed the stay Hard to navigate getting to and from major stations and it snowed one day at end of March Overall I’m glad we did it for the experience to be immersed in Japanese culture. ”
