“The view was spectacular! It suited our needs and we overall loved the place and enjoyed our stay very much. For the price we paid we weren’t happy with the cleanliness when we got there. None of the furniture was very comfortable in the main family room. There were no cushions on some of the chairs and the furniture needed some attention! The outside needed a lot of attention as well. Even just a lawn would’ve been nice. But I will say we enjoyed ourselves very much and would come back again! ”

“Super, super cute mid-century mod renovated cozy house, walking distance to many things in Colonial Beach. Located just off the main road, this is a great stay. Very comfortable, so beautifully decorated, and great outdoor space. The neighborhood is a little strange because it's a mix of a lot of older homes, located behind a 7-11, BUT it is just a humble area and we felt safe. We were glad to be close to a good coffee shop (Love Bites) and a few restaurants. Easy short walk or drive to the……

“We enjoyed the house. It was beautifully decorated and a great location. Walking distance to the beach and shops/restaurants was perfect. I would recommend the owners install a more secure lock on the front and back doors. We travelled with toddlers and small children and it was very unsafe because they could easily open the door. So we blocked it with baby gates and chairs as best as we could. But it was a source of stress for parents. Would also recommend adding actual curtains instead of……

“Wonderful golf cart community to explore the town with. The home was clean, lovely and perfect for our family. Only a short walk to the beach. We spent the day playing volleyball and exploring town. We are excited to come back during the summer. Diana was communicative and helpful with any questions we had. Wonderful spring break vacation. ”
