“The communication with the owner was great. There is a lot of space in each level of the home. The pool was amazing and big, like a hotel size, along with everything that went with the pool.They are still doing some upgrades, but other than that, very nice place and would stay there again. “Great place to stay while visiting friends and family. It was clean, simple, and comfortable with all needs met. “My husband and I really enjoyed this cute little Apartment. The location is highly desirable, walking distance to some fantastic eateries and Manito Park. The space is an older, historic building with some vintage furniture and artwork, and you can see the clock tower of Sacred Heart Cathedral. The space had everything we needed and was a great value. We highly recommend Sushi Blossom around the corner, serving incredibly fresh food!”

“My friend and I came to Spokane for a show on a Friday night and were lucky to find this place. Everything was as advertised, the beds were pretty comfortable, the location was central to everything and the apartment was a really good size for us. The only thing that was difficult was the parking situation which is out of control of the property manager; we would definitely stay here again.”

"As a continental breakfast, the variety was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the hotel really needs a better chef—the potatoes were mushy and burnt, sausages took 30 minutes to come out, the eggs were overcooked, and the toaster setting was too long, leaving the bread burnt. The room itself was decent, but check-in was a nightmare. We waited nearly an hour because of poor communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA. Even though we had already paid, the hotel almost charged us again. Too many issues overall. The only real highlight was the swimming pool, which our child absolutely loved"
