“Even though in a basement, it was bright and cozy. Rooms were spacious and we were never tripping over each other throughout our 3 night stay. Enjoyed lounging in the living room at the end of the night and watching movies. Very close to a lot of amenities and Whitworth University (the purpose of our trip). Hosts were very kind and responsive before, during and after our stay. Highly recommend over a hotel. ”

“Easy access to the convention center as we were in town for WMEA. Communication was efficient and everything worked without a hitch in terms of access and the appliances in the unit. Apartment was clean and comfortable and warm - a welcome refuge from slopping through the snow and icy slush outside. Like others mentioned, there is still quite a bit of exterior noise outside on the street, even in January. But we would rent again. But also, the kitchen could use a spatula. :-)”

“This property is a nice apartment on the bottom level of a house, with its own entrance, and a small, fenced backyard. It is in a quiet, newer built, family neighborhood. The unit was very clean, and there was tea packs, coffee pods for the Kuerig, and powdered creamer already in the unit, which was very nice to have there already to go in the morning as we traveled from the West side of the State. “My husband and I came into town for a working vacation. The apartment is very nicely set up. It has exactly what you need. We cooked in the kitchen and it had everything we needed. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. The bathroom was tight, especially for my 6ft 5inch husband but is was usable and what we needed for our stay. I had questions about checking in and parking and the host was very responsive and helpful. There was snow during our visit and the host brushed off our car. ”

“This was a great place nice location if you have business down town. The convention center a short 6-8min drive. The apartment was clean, needed a few repairs but nothing serious that would effect the use of the home. Very comfortable. The queen bed is a very firm bed so if you like soft might not be for you, but over all a nice experience. Host gets back to you just not right away. She did good in answering our questions.”

“Overall the apartment was great, my only two criticisms are when we arrived late at night I could not get in by the front door. Which has since been fixed. And there is nothing nearby, such as restaurants or other shopping places. The apartment is new, and in great condition, with a walking path along the river in the back. Each apartment has one dedicated parking spot. This place is very quiet and the front desk is manned for the most of the day.”

“Fantastic 3 day stay. Myself, husband, 2 daughters, 2 son in laws and 4 grandchildren ranging from 1 to 7. 10 people total. The pool was a big hit, lots of pool toys, towels and lifejackets. The house was well stocked, clean and easy entry. Communication was very prompt and friendly. Lots of extra blankets and pillows. Also extra heaters for the downstairs were provided as it was a bit chilly for the little ones. Owners were very gracious with a few requests we had. We would definitely stay……
