“This place was very clean. Kitchen was very well stocked. Just beware there is quite a busy road so lots of traffic noise”

“The apartment was clean and stocked well for a week's visit. While on a busy road, it really didn't affect much noise-wise, but made it convenient to some local spots. Its location was near the interstate, so easy access into Idaho or downtown Spokane. Communication with the owner was always clear and prompt. ”

“This was such a unique rental. Amenities were great with a well stocked kitchen, remodeled master bath, laundry room and antique furniture. The folders of information not only showed how to enter, enjoy the property, and over 100 years history of the homestead. My wife and sister got such a kick out of letters of the matriarch’s life experiences. It was so close to my parent’s house, yet allowed us down time to be alone. Alan was such a gracious host. We will definitely book the “farm house” on……
