“Great location steps away from the ferry terminal. Apartment was huge and clean. Beds were super comfortable. There’s a kitchen and a wash machine if you need it. We would stay again here in a heartbeat. ”

Like our luggage was well delivered to our room when check in and with shuttle service that ride us to the ferry pier when check out. ”

Beds really appropriate for one person. We are a family of 3. Sharing a bed was tight even with 2 small adults. Would be perfect for 2 adults requiring 2 beds. ”
“Although parking service is provided, I arrived late on the day and there were no parking spaces left in the parking tower. The hotel asked me to go to the parking lot at the back, but I found that it was also full. I was able to park successfully only after other guests cancelled their reservations.”
“Building is very close to the street, it can be noisy at night with cars pass by. They do provide ear plugs if you need them.
Buses near the hotel is not very frequent and tend to delayed. Plan accordingly. Trams are 10 mins walk and you have to walk pass the red lights district at night. It’s pretty safe though. Plenty of Restraurant in that neighbourhood.
I like the hard mattress but the pillows are too tall for me.
Communications with the hotel is almost flawless. They reply very quickly……
