“Overall our stay was fine.. however it doesn't say in the listing that this is a guest house, nor does it say that th courtyard is shared by 4 properties. The sitting pool wasn't available for use either. The overall cleanliness of the house could use some work.. it was surface clean but there was a thick layer of dust on all the windows, the fan and the AC units were caked on it. Could be why the AC was so incredibly loud in the bedroom that we had to buy ear plugs. We did kill one huge……

“Fantastic host a true example of southern hospitality . great bed, shower ,kitchen and yard for the dog. started using the air fryer and I think I'll have to buy one or give my air fryer toaster oven another chance at home. Walking distance to the beautiful white sand beach, mostly enjoyed the warmer temperatures even though we experienced a record snowfall for Mississippi everything was fantastic Hope to come back and explore this area more thank you Joyce you made our vacation a great……

“Rental was just as described, great location and supplied with everything needed. My husband and I enjoyed our stay immensely! Really enjoyed Girod Street and all the great shops & eateries!”

“Beautiful home with southern comfort. Enough room for everyone to move around comfortably. However, miniblinds in most of the rooms were broken or missing panels. Also, a gaping hole in wall. Out of concern of what may crawl in, we plugged the hole with a plastic soda bottle during our stay.purchased more towels and toilet paper to last us during stay. Overall, a beautiful home in need of attention. most of four couples to move about comfortably.”

“Just what we needed to get away and enjoy some peace and serenity.”

“This house is beautiful inside. Very comfortable king size beds. Lots of space. The neighborhood looks like it might be rough but it is not actually. It was a very quiet and peaceful place. Some small areas for improvement though. There were four of us and three dining room chairs. There is one small sofa in the living room, not enough for all of us to sit. More seating in the front room would be great. The bathrooms were nice, except the hall bath toilet wobbles when you sit. Overall, I can……

“Really enjoyed our stay in this bywater beauty. We had our moms with us and the separate sleeping area upstairs made it easy to come in late and also sleep late while the moms enjoyed their morning coffees on the patio. Parking was easy and so were ubers. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others. ”

“This was the wors motel that I have ever stayed in. The bag covers under the sheets were covered in urine stains, and what it looked like, blood. Maintenance is horrible Groundkeeping is horrible, overall filthy location.Needs a major update i walked in the lobby and was able to see the computer. I saw every guest name and room number. I brought it to the owner's wife attention. She said something about it's because if they close down the system, they have to reboot the whole thing or something……
