“La nostra opinione sull’appartamento della signora Rosanna è estremamente negativa! Avevamo prenotato a marzo 2019, ossia 4 mesi prima del nostro arrivo per un soggiorno che sarebbe dovuto durare 35 giorni. Nel descrivere la proprietà su Homeaway.it, era contemplato l'uso del garage privato. Questa caratteristica oltre alla descrizione generale dell’appartamento ci ha motivato a scegliere questa casa. Giunti a Niscemi tuttavia abbiamo scoperto che la signora Rosanna non aveva ancora ottenuto……

“Eind april, begin mei is een prachtige tijd om te verblijven op de boerderij. De natuur is prachtig. Rust, uitzichten, wandelen en lekker lunchen in de verschillende plaatsen in de omgeving.Het appartement is wel minimaal ingericht en soms is het in dit jaargetijde binnen koud.”

“It is the finest House with the most amasing location near the ocean. The pool and the view is fantastic. The host is sweet and very good at communication. We Will for sure recommend this House.”

“We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in het hart van het barokke sicilie. Het huis was heerlijk, lag mooi centraal en op een kort stukje rijden van ragusa. Salo en Graziella hebben ons uitstekend ontvangen (met verse cornetti) en begeleid.”

“We had a wonderful time - the bedrooms are all spacious and well appointed and location very peaceful. You need a car as there is nothing within walking distance and the bigger towns are at least 45 min drive but easy to access as are the lovely beaches with their fish restaurants. The owners were fantastic in dealing with any issues - we didn’t hear anything from the agent manager at all during our stay. The only minor issue is that if the weather is not great the only place to gather is……

“Only one item to be aware of, the charge for electricity will be at least €150 per week. I assume that this was because the filtration on the swimming pool was running perhaps 18 hours a day. We visited in mid-September and only used the air conditioning for a couple of hours a day for less than half of our stay, so that wasn’t the issue. Not a complaint, the property is outstanding value for money, just something to factor in.”

“Elio welcomed us with a magnificent spread of local delicacies and a bottle of wine. The villa itself is comfortable, well laid out and well decorated. Lovely pool and many different areas of the garden to enjoy. Of special note is the BBQ area, tucked away down steps to a lower part of the garden. A great place to while away the evening.”

“Nous avons passé trois merveilleuses semaines chez Giovanni et Carmen. Tout était au rendez-vous pour que nous passions de très bonnes vacances. La location est top, la piscine aussi; c’est très propre. Giovanni est très à l’écoute, réactif et tout en restant discret. Nous recommandons sans réserve cette location.”
