“Heel rustig gelegen, de eigenaars zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het enige minpunt is dat er geen ontbijtbuffet was zoals op de foto's te zien. Iedere morgen kregen we 1 croissant opgevuld met marmelade en een klein chocoladekoekje. Er was koffie, water en een brikje fruitsap. Met een meer gevarieerd ontbijt gaf ik zeker 10 op 10.”

“L’hôte nous a offert un appartement au lieu d’une chambre sans frais supplémentaire en plus de pouvoir stationner gratuitement dans la cour intérieure. Ce fut très apprécié car il est pratiquement impossible de trouver un stationnement dans ce coin de la ville ”

“This is more than a B&B…a cultural and culinary paradise. The bells and nuns chorus could be heard in the morning somewhere off in the distance before the tourist start to populate the steps outside. The balcony divine but the rooftop breakfast and vista quite sublime. The owners go above and beyond in their kind and helpful service. The space itself is so tastefully decorated. Brimming with character!”

“Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen! Das Personal bei Feudi del Pisciotto ist herzlich und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das Abendessen war hervorragend – mit Show-Cooking-Charakter und exzellenten Weinen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und ideal, um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Absolut empfehlenswert!”

“Les + : bon accueil par une personne sympathique et à votre écoute. Établissement très propre. Clim, télévision. Bouteille d'eau offerte pour la nuit. La personne en charge du petit déjeuner, souriante et enjouée. Les - : pas super facile de se garer. La wifi ne fonctionnait pas dans les chambres à l'étage, malgré le relais dans le couloir. La salle du petit déjeuner est petite, donc bruyante. La qualité des produits du petit déjeuner est à revoir : pas de pain frais mais du pain rassis sous……

“Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, der einzige mangel war das um 9 Uhr schon kein Frühstück mehr da war, als man nachgefragt hat gab es als Antwort alles fertig es gab keine brötchen mehr, keine Croissants und das Personal war sehr genervt ”

“We were offered a nice room on the side of the building with a little kitchen. Very quiet and very nice. Everything was perfect and we even had a washing machine so we could use it. The wifi was a bit weak though. Overall a great great location and a very nice breakfast with home made cakes! ”

“Rarely do I feel compelled to post a review. Gela was a destination I had been planning on visiting on my travels throughout Sicily. I had planned to visit 2 of my favorite wineries in Vittoria and found the Villa Ares - a gem, superior staff, immaculate and a professionally run establishment. Luigi and Rita were one of a kind hosts and Evelina and Maria took great care of us, I can’t wait to come back home to Sicily, Gela and Villa Ares.”

“Nice appartment. We took one room of the two. The kitchen is shared. Stefano was super nice and even came with a present before we left. The appartment was tide and the location properly close to most interesting places. The appartment is in the 2nd floor with no elevator. ”

“Loradonna is an amazing host, her cooking was amazing, and almost all from the property. The location is absolutely gorgeous. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. Ci vediamo al prossimo, loradonna! ”
