“There is mouse problem. Some residents put their garbage outside their room which makes the corridor very smelly since there is no housekeeping included in the routine bookings, you have to pay for cleaning on daily basis if necessary. Bring your own towels as well.”

“Exceptional property. Best equipped kitchen I have encountered yet. From an insertion blender to two toaster ovens to enough pots and pans to never run out and a huge refrigerator freezer. You even have a sake cup set. You will find everything you need here. All rooms have brand new (May 2024) ductless split type A/C units that work great. The house is spotless with an excellent floor plan. Large Toshiba TV (HDMI ports available) with Satellite and a Blu-Ray player. Internet is 40Mbps down,……

“Awesome residence! Well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and living room. The interior is very clean and luxurious. The apartment comes with a balcony. Beds are comfortable. One of the rooms also come with a private onsen. The whole apartment has heated floors which is perfect for the cold weather is Niseko! Less than 5 minutes drive to the Annupuri Gondola Station. Staff are friendly and helpful! The only thing was that when we checked in, the receptionist forgot to tell us breakfast ends at……

“Had a wonderful time with a group of 11 at the Serenity House! The house was well equipped (warm room, van, garage ski racks, hot tub) for a ski trip making things much more convenient and comfortable. Fujimi was a great host, even offering to pick up and take us to the bus stops on our arrival and departure days. Would definitely come back again!!”

“Everything was more than expected. location is reachable only if you have a car(rent) to ski place. cooking stuff is well prepared. ”

“Beautiful chalet in An’nupuri that’s great for a ski / snowboard holiday. We had a group of 14 friends and it was a great time in February, and the manager Billy was helpful and kind.”

Great experience!

"Awesome residence! Well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and living room. The interior is very clean and luxurious. The apartment comes with a balcony. Beds are comfortable. One of the rooms also come with a private onsen. The whole apartment has heated floors which is perfect for the cold weather is Niseko! Less than 5 minutes drive to the Annupuri Gondola Station. Staff are friendly and helpful! The only thing was that when we checked in, the receptionist forgot to tell us breakfast ends at 11am, but the cafe staff managed to cook us eggs with toast despite we were 5 minutes late to breakfast. The cafe also serves amazing coffee! Overall really great experience!"
