“這是我目前住過最最最喜歡的民宿，4間房，3間衛浴，3間廁所，床墊睡起來非常舒服，讓我好眠一覺到天亮！
廚房設備完善，還有提供咖啡機咖啡球茶包，有洗碗機、微波爐、烤箱等，鍋碗瓢盆一樣都不缺，應有盡有！
一樓有專屬的洗衣機跟烘乾機，有提供免費的洗衣球非常貼心！
二樓的電視跟音響設備也非常讚，沙發床也很好躺！
住一晚非常舒服，完全不想提早退房，下次有機會一定會再入住！”

“It's a lovely small property that can hold a surprising amount of people very easily. It's slightly on the older side, however the owner is very attentive and will fix issues on the spot if notified. The area also has some of the best views surrounding the town, and has a very active downtown full of places to visit!”

“If you are reading this review look no further and book this amazing house. We are a family of 4, our son and daughter slept in the lower 2 bedrooms and we slept upstairs. The house is well laid out with a large area for ski storage, laundry, bathroom and shower on the lower level. Second level has a work station, en-suite master bedroom, large living room with gas fireplace, huge windows with a beautiful view of Mt Yoti, dining room table and full sized kitchen ( there are no condiments or……

“ペット同伴可能ということで、利用しました。経年相応の古さはありますが、リフォームして綺麗にされています。事前にスタッフの方がエアコンを起動していてくれたのか、部屋があったまっていましたが、当日は気温も高く、日中は暑かったです。逆にエアコンを止めると夜間は寒く、その点で古い建物だと感じる点はありました。
無人チェックインなので、対人でのやり取りはなく、その辺煩わしい人には、おすすめできるかと思います。ベッドも多数あり、大人数で泊まるにはおすすめではないでしょうか。
一点、一回のテレビですが、集煙装置のため、ソファー側からテレビが見づらいのが気になりました。

“Overall a very nice property, and our group of six had plenty of room with an extra 2 beds. Floors were heated in areas and the bathrooms and rooms were nice. My only complaint is that the furnace was dirty and the couch was ripped. Other than that, a great stay.”

“Our group of 13 had a fabulous time at Cloud 9. Our host, Young, was so generous and very accommodating to all our requests. The house is large, warm and very comfortable (our bed was amazing!), each room has an en-suite, and the kitchen and laundry very well-equipped. Location for us was great - short walk from the lifts, convenience stores and a variety of restaurants, and plenty of space around the house for the kids to play in the snow. Young has some toboggans to use too. We loved our stay……

"Awesome residence! Well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and living room. The interior is very clean and luxurious. The apartment comes with a balcony. Beds are comfortable. One of the rooms also come with a private onsen. The whole apartment has heated floors which is perfect for the cold weather is Niseko! Less than 5 minutes drive to the Annupuri Gondola Station. Staff are friendly and helpful! The only thing was that when we checked in, the receptionist forgot to tell us breakfast ends at 11am, but the cafe staff managed to cook us eggs with toast despite we were 5 minutes late to breakfast. The cafe also serves amazing coffee! Overall really great experience!"
