Hotel itself is very clean and the room is spacious, and the front desk is very helpful. There's only one thing the guests need to be aware of, the bathroom of family suite is located in the lower level of the room and the stairs might be little bit steep for older people, that's something to consider if you are traveling with seniors.”

“We had a lovely stay. Mr. Ryo went above and beyond to welcome us and help us procure dinner reservations for our large family group. Our room was well appointed, attractive, and comfortable. The bathroom was like a spa! A fifteen minute walk in various directions got us to exciting markets, or the train station, or high-end shops. Loved our stay at Hotel Muso.”

“This hotel is just amazingly wonderful from the location, service and room size/condition. We stayed here for the last two days of our Kyoto cherry Blossom vacation 2025 and I must say the highlight of the 9 days trip would have to be this hotel. It is situated in the center of shopping/ dining district, you are basically within everything after stepping out of the hotel lift. The staff were extremely friendly, polite and so helpful. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, venue was clean, spacious……
