“Wonderful place to stay away from the congested tourist areas but close enough to enjoy activities and restaurants. Very relaxing and close to nature. ”

“The property is very spacious and quiet. The rooms were an adequate size, and there were four bathrooms, which were plentiful. I enjoyed the open, dormitory-style setup on the upper level, with the large-screen TV. The sofa was extremely comfortable. The kitchenette did have a full-size refrigerator, which was helpful. “The size and location was perfect for our family. We needed a large place for family to stay for my son‘s wedding. The master bedroom on the main floor was perfect for my mother-in-law who cannot do stairs. I would highly recommend the space for family gatherings.”

“Our group of six people had a great time. The house is a mile from the waterfront park and in a walkable interesting neighborhood. Everything was sparkling clean and their listing was very accurate. We would definitely stay here again.”

“We were in town for a softball tournament nearby. Location was convenient. Area was quiet even though there were plenty of neighbors. It was obvious a lot of upgrades had been made to the house. It was clean and nicely decorated. Owner was responsive which I appreciated.”

“We were in town for the Coast Guard Marathon. The race goes right by the house, and the kids enjoyed cheering along the runners. The road was also open enough that my husband could spend the beginning at the house, and meet me at the finish. We had our kids 2.5 and 5 with us. They enjoyed being able to see the horses and donkeys every day when returning home. On night one, there were two deer in the backyard, followed by 30 the next night. After kids went to bed the porch overlooking the sound was the perfect spot for the adults to hang and play games the rest of the night.”

“Found the place to be filthy in a number of areas. No Towels & washcloths in the bathroom, found them later unwashed in the washing machine. Cockroaches in the kitchen flatware drawer, I could go on. Really pretty dirty overall.”
