“It is a beautiful house and we had a great time. Everything about getting in and taking care of the place was easy and we appreciate it. The layout is stunning and fun for all. I would happily stay again. Additionally, the whole neighborhood is nice and quaint. A fun vibe with character. ”

“It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood with a good location. The place was clean-ish, but could be more clean. There were no exhaust fans in the bathrooms, which made for a damp smell and a humid area to get ready for the day. Barely any extra amenities like linens, pillows, towels, washcloths, or toilet paper. There is a washer and drier but no laundry soap to use. An ok place to stay in a pinch, but not my first choice.”

“This was an incredible stay. The photos don’t really do it justice. It is in a secluded location, right on the water with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We stayed for a long duration and we were very comfortable and the host was very accommodating. It was just what we needed for a relaxing summer on the water. It is close to Camden and Elizabeth City (30 mins) so shops and amenities are not too far away. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend. ”

“Amazing place to stay. Secluded and peaceful, surrounded by water and amazing views. Cant ask for much more than that. The dock is a great place to hang out and the hammocks in the breezeway under the house were nice to have too. Wouldn’t hesitate to bring my family back again.”

“This property was the best equipped location I have ever seen. The kids and younger adults enjoyed the kayaks and all of us enjoyed the cornhole. My granddaughter caught three catfish, one flounder, and two turtles. She was thrilled. I would recommend this to anyone with kids or are kids at heart. Personally, the desk became my favorite spot with a book”

“The host was good with communication ahead of time. Upon arrival, the home was in what appeared to be a state of abandonment. The code the host gave was right and we were able to get in. The AC was not on, so it was almost 90 degrees and the house smelled musky. There was what looked like a months worth of mail on the kitchen counter along with some tools (maybe from previous maintenance?). The floors and counters were sticky and there was pubic hair stuck to the counter in a few spots. Several……
