“Property is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and fresh paint. Many large cobwebs in bedroom. There is a bed in the living room. Baseboards and caulking are grimy with years of built up dirt. Furniture is old toss-aways. Kitchen chairs are awkward and roll out from under you when you sit. They are too big for the tiny eating area with barely space for two. The chairs are also very low so you are sitting with the table at your upper chest. Items like Soap, towels, and area rugs are very cheap.……

“This was nice little place for a holiday staycation. The hot tub was big reason we stayed and used it every night. The place was conveniently located to a lot of stores and restaurants in the Nob Hill area. We were able to relax and enjoy the New Year.”

“As constant travelers and host, this home was perfect for relaxation and hosting a big dinner with friends. There was only 4 of us, but would have had room to fit 6 easily. The beds were so comfy, we did not need to bring our pillows from home. Towels were better than most hotels, and there was plenty for showers and for use in the hot tub. Attention to details go a long way, having plenty of dish soap, trash bags, and even dishwasher/laundry pods, mean a lot to us. The kitchen was well stocked……
