“The Cottages were beautiful. Clean, modern and all the recreational options were available: Boat, canoe, Excellent swimming opportunity. The owner responded almost immediately to requests for info or questions regarding the cottage functioning. The lake is sooo clean and the fishing was great. The residents were very friendly and helpful. We got stuck in the middle of the lake because the gas line got kinked and so many nice people stopped to help us. Very enjoyable and would highly recommend.……

“We really enjoyed our stay at Ira’s place. It was as advertised. Having use of the canoe was great. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. We spent a great deal of time just sitting outside overlooking the lake. Our dog also enjoyed the experience! ”

We especially appreciated two things: 1) that the owner cleared the massive snowfall so quickly and thoroughly; and 2) that we could control the temperature in each room.My only suggestion for improvement would be more lighting in living room, but this is a very small point.”

“This is a special place, ideal for 2-3 people. We loved the outdoor shower. The stem of a tree is part of the structure- very original. We were allowed to bring our pet who clearly enjoyed being there as well. We would book this home again for a repeat visit to Parry Sound”
