“I really enjoyed my stay. A comfortable tiny house. Lots of attention to detail. From a pour over coffee set up to a deck that backs up to the woods—I saw deer on a couple mornings, including one time when I watched a young deer follow a neighborhood cat along the grassy edge. Plus it’s tucked into a spot that is still less than a five minute walk to town. The hosts were super friendly. ”

“Rusty and Rowena have created a beautiful hideaway so near Camden and Rockport! It is located 1 mile from the Rockport diner ( yummy)! The apartment was furnished nicely and anything we needed was there. Highly recommend staying here!”

“Loved the open space in this apt- as well as the view. We watched the osprey on the tower as they fed their baby and taught it to fly. Deck on front was awesome. Grilled out a few nights and ate outside on the deck, watching the boats come in. So convenient to Camden, walked everywhere, no need for a car in Camden.”

“The 2-bedroom property was spacious and very clean with a well-appointed kitchen and comfortable living area, located on Main Street in the heart of downtown Rockland. We had parking behind our building, but didn’t need our car unless we wanted to venture out of town. We went during the week of the Maine Lobster Festival and had easy access, within walking distance, to everything Rockland had to offer: the lobster festival at Harbor Park, the ferry to Vinalhaven and North Haven, art galleries,……

“This was our 5th visit to Boothbay as a family and our 2nd stay at this property. We absolutely love the central location, the house has everything you need, clean, and a/c units if needed. Oh and washer and dryer which is essesntial when traveling with kiddos in my opinion. I did notice some other mentioned the stairs to get up to the condo which didn’t bother us at all BUT could deter someone if stairs are a problem. We will be back!!! Thanks for hosting us!”

“Nice apartment walking distance to town”

“The Apartment was very fresh and in very clean shape. Very private area, not many folks around, at least late Sept. Fabulous view of a Maine bay, couple of boats in the bay, and just awesome watching the tide roll in and out. Great prices on lobster in the area, not far from a ton of great sights. Property manager did an excellent job with us. No stove, but a couple of induction burners that worked just fine with us as well as no dishwasher, but again - no problem. Well supplied with……

“The studio apartment was as advertised .. so cute.. cozy and comfortable. VERY clean. Perfect for a couple. The view was very nice and there were outside chairs on the property to sit and enjoy! There was just a small microwave to cook in and a small refrigerator. ( setting might have been set too high) I would have found it beneficial to have an electric frying pan or an electric griddle to make eggs or stir-fry veggies . One other item I couldn't find was a manual can opener. The neighbor ……
