“Because VRBO made it impossible to update my email address, I did not receive the latest news from the owner that she had changed the code on the door lock. That meant calling to get help before we could enter. because we were there in the off season, we were able to park in a space near the unit. In high season having to park 3blocks away is not ideal. Unit very clean and comfortable. entrance not welcoming. ”

“Perfect location- super comfortable interior/secure exterior. Easy to follow instructions and assist from Rob - when washer would not function. Apartment super clean in all respects- except for the front load washer. We gave encountered this issue twice before in other Vbros. We counted on washing/ refreshing our clothes for our remainder of trip. The washer rubber gasket was black with mold and detergent drawer- necessary cleaning before use. “Our party of 8 enjoyed our stay. The house is well equipped and stocked to get you started. Conveniently located to town and the Botanical Gardens. Plenty of outside space for kids to run around and play. It has a beautiful view of the cove but is very rocky. This didn't stop us from hunting hermit crabs and catching fish. The house is old but that gives it the Maine charm. ”
