“The owner of the property met us as soon as we pulled up to show us a better parking spot, introduce us to his adorable well behaved dogs " Blue was my favorite" and to get us familiar with what the property had to offer. Beautiful little ranch. With two beautiful horses. Our cottage was very quaint and spotless with Roku TV and Netflix which was nice. There was also other nice touches like in room coffee, water, mini muffins and yogurt in the mini fridge. I will definitely plan a future……

“We had psuedo family reunion here and it was a good time had by all. Didn't really even leave the place. People came to see us! The pool was great and our primary hangout. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of towels were provided for our large group, as we maxed out the place. Communication with the host was good as well. Will definitely try to stay here again on our next visit, likely next year, as we make this trip pretty much annually to see my wife's favorite uncle.”

“Beautiful house in a quiet, wonderful neighborhood. We really enjoyed early morning walks and the pool during the heat of August. Very convenient location.Next time the bicycles come with us for the neighborhood and Withlacoochee Trail. ”

“This was such a gem to find in Central Fl. We were visiting family in the area and wanted a place close by. We loved our stay here. It was close to delicious restaurants and fun activities. We visited Rainbow Springs State Park and enjoyed the day in the beautiful natural springs. We even came home to gorgeous sunsets on the lake and caught 2 fish! The hot tub was relaxing and the vibes were right! I would definitely recommend staying here, everything was perfectly clean and so beautifully……

“This property was just perfect for our 5-day / 4-night stay. First, the check-in and check-out communications couldn't have been better, clear and concise. The home itself was fresh, roomy, and perfect for us and our golden retriever. The screened porch was perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks while our girl Jessie played in the fenced yard. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotlessly clean. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit……

“It's a lovely home and in a very quiet neighborhood. The air conditioning worked beautifully but there were fans in every room just in case. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were laid out nicely. It would have been nice if the downstairs bedroom had somewhere to hang clothes besides with the water heater in the bathroom closet. There weren't any hangers in there anyway, although there may have been some upstairs somewhere. The check-in process was incredibly seamless and the owner is……

“It was a little more urban than we are used to, but it was close to quite a few restaurants and several shopping centers and a number of golf courses ”

“Cute little place, had everything we needed. Little firepit, private dock with canoes and fishing poles. We really enjoyed the direct water access to the small lake. There were some ground hornets while launching the boat which we informed owner of so they can address that. Owner was very responsive to questions. I was a little nervous about the neighborhood driving in but nobody bothered us. The entire property was fenced so my pup could enjoy the yard with privacy fence on the 2 sides. It’s……

“We have stayed at the rental property a few times now and have not been disappointed. We are in close proximity to family that lives in Inverness and this trip more family members stayed with us, and we all had an amazing time. Our grandchildren loved the solar heated pool and the pool toys that were provided although we missed having the solar cover to help hold the heat in during some cool nights.
