The old white lady called one of the staff colored girl that really triggered my sister-in-law ext, but it was Kay that lady at the front desk that work 26feb that really made a difference in my stay she was very kind and pleasant to talk to and she solved all our problems great worker. “Overall the property was excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. The rooms were good-excellent, but slightly dated. No big deal. The grounds and location were excellent with proximity with the lake, shops, dining, etc. Perhaps it was a bit on the expensive side, but there were a lot of amenities to support the higher cost. I selected the property for convenience and my accommodations were more than sufficient. I would stay here again. ”

“They were very considerate of our travel. We were visiting family briefly after hearing about some health issues of my grandfather. Usually I’d have to stress with a lot of new things and transitions for our son with autism. But the host was very empathetic of my kids and the pool helped give him sensory play and regulation.we have already discussed staying again in the future when we come back down! ”
