“Just a 15-20 min drive outside of ruidoso is a wonderful couple with a beautiful apartment style room. The property is well kept and the room is beautiful and cozy. My wife and I loved our stay. Easy and fast communication with the owners, they’ll do their best to accommodate to your likings and go above and beyond to ensure your comfort and satisfaction with the stay go smooth. “We (3 adults) stayed for two nights while we were vendors for the 1st Annual Lincoln Forest Renaissance Faire. Very cozy, comfortable bed, convenience of restaurants nearby and the host was very kind/helpful. We hope to be back when we can 😊”

“Maryellen was fabulous ”

“This was my second stay at this property. It had snowed a bit that morning, and someone had already cleaned off the entry for us. The condo is very clean, and they provided plenty of towels and even a couple of washing machine pods. Everything is in good working order. Convenient location. Great layout -- so nice to have two full bathrooms. Reasonable price. Loved sitting on the back deck to have coffee and watching the wild horses, deer and elk wander by. So quiet and peaceful! ”

“Nice open layout with lots of sunlight, small bathroom, but perfect for the layout and no cable TV, which didn’t matter to me since movies were available. Very comfortable with a fun bar top space! Very clean!”
